Rodrigo is El Sur’s COO. He hails from Chile. Rodrigo spent his twenties working and studying in Argentina, where he fostered his love for beef, traditional empanadas, and Malbec, and perfected a porteño accent. He moved with his wife, Cori, to the Bay Area in 2013. After a few years dabbling in tech, he now leads operations at El Sur. Off the food business, you can find him playing fútbol with his two young kids or barbecuing at home.
